1. Ownership of Content

All tutorials, lesson materials, photographic projects, instructional videos, Photoshop guides, and related content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Wendy McElfish and are protected under applicable copyright laws. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Demonstration images and photographs
  • Video lessons and walkthroughs
  • Course materials and project outlines
  • Photoshop technique guides

None of these materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or resold without express written permission from Wendy McElfish.

2. Personal Use License

Upon purchasing a subscription, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the materials solely for your own personal educational use. You may not:

  • Share your login credentials or account access with any other person
  • Share, forward, or distribute tutorial content to others
  • Upload any content to another website, platform, or file-sharing service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials in any form
  • Use the tutorials as part of your own course, workshop, or paid program without a separate license
  • Record, screenshot, or copy video lessons for redistribution

3. Educational Use by Teachers and Instructors

Teachers, instructors, and educational organizations may use these tutorials within their own classrooms under the terms of an Annual Subscription License. This license permits one (1) individual educator to use the curriculum materials in their direct instruction. It does not permit distribution of login credentials to students or colleagues, reproduction of materials for classroom handouts, or use across multiple teachers or departments without the purchase of additional licenses. 4. Account Responsibility

Each subscription is tied to a single user account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing account access with any other individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at mcelfish@yahoo.com.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed annually. By completing a purchase, you authorize the recurring annual charge to your selected payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods. If you experience a billing error, please contact mcelfish@yahoo.com within 14 days of the charge.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tutorials and content provided on this website are for educational purposes only. Results will vary depending on individual skill level, equipment, software versions, and experience. The content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Changes to Content

We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or remove tutorials and content at any time without prior notice. While we strive to maintain consistent access to all materials, we do not guarantee that any specific content will remain available for the duration of your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wendy McElfish and Wendy’s Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content. Total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
