Elf Yourself
Photography Section
- Take a photograph of a person close up OUTSIDE in the shade!
- 1 ear must be showing.
- You can show both ears and Elf both ears for extra credit
- Person has hair behind their ears
- May wear a hat backwards with ear showing
- You can show both ears and Elf both ears for extra credit

Camera Raw
- Before you begin to Elf the ears you must edit in Camera Raw to clean up exposure and colors.

Photoshop Section
Step 1:
- Open your photo into photoshop
Step 2:
- Right Click on the Background layer
- Duplicate the Layer
Step 3:
- Choose the Quick Selection Tool
- Select the entire ear
Step 4:
- Edit
- Transform
- Warp
- Transform
- You will now see a box graph over the ear
Step 5:
- Click at the top of the ear up
- Slowly pull the ear up into a rounded point so it looks like an Elf ear
- Do NOT make it to pointed or large
Step 6:
- Select

- Deselect

Extra Credit Steps for : Eye and Nose Section
- Go to Filter- Liquify
2. Click on the bottom left icon of a person and select Face Tool
4. Select the Nose section
All the numbers below may be altered to fit your photograph. These are just guidelines.
- Nose Height (100)
- Nose Width (-100)
