Part 1: Photo
First Photo
- Have a person sit with a plain and empty background
- Focus on the eyes so they are sharp
- Take photo
- Focus on the eyes so they are sharp
- DO NOT let the person move at ALL
Second Photo
- Have the person cover their face with their hands without moving.
- Make sure the hands are even against their nose
- Take photo
Part 2: Photoshop
Step 1:
- Open both photos in Photoshop
Step 2:
- Move the hands photo ON-TOP of the face photo
Step 3:
- Hold the shift key
- Highlight both layers

- Edit
- Auto Aline Layers
- Auto
- Ok
- Auto
- Auto Aline Layers

Step 5:
Step 6:
- Go to the top left of the layers pallet
- Change Normal to Overlay
- Flatten Image
Step 7:
- Save one of the following textures to your computer
Step 8
- Go to File
- Place Embedded

Step 9a:
- Locate and Select the film grain file you saved
- Click Place

Step 9b
- If the texture is to big or to small for the ghost photo
- Click
- Ctrl T
- Move the texture so that it fits over the ghost photo
- Click Enter to lock it in
- Click

Step 10
- Go to the Layers Pallet
- Click where it says Normal
- Change it to Screen, Overlay or Multiple
- Click where it says Normal
- Flatten Image
Step 11
- Click the little black/white circle at bottom of layers
- Pick the Black and White Adjustment
Step 12
- Move the sliders until it looks good for your photo
- Add Logo
- Flatten Image
- Add Logo
- If you want your photo to have two different colors, Go to Step 13
Step 13:
- Click the little black/white circle at bottom of layers
- Pick Gradient Map

- The Properties tab will show up
- Click in the middle of the long graph (it does not matter what color it is)

- Click on the Bottom LEFT little box.
- It does not matter what color it is

Step 16:
- Click the box that says Color
- It does not matter what color it is

Step 17:
- Pick ANY color from the color picker
- Ok when done

- Click on the Bottom Right little box.
- It does not matter what color it is

- Click the box that says Color
- It does not matter what color it is

Step 20:
- Pick ANY color from the color picker
- Ok when done
- If you do not like the colors you can change them
