How to Open and Use Camera Raw Basics

 

Step 1:

  • Open your image in Photoshop
  • To open Camera Raw Click
    • Control – Shift – A

 

Step 2:

  • You will want to see the before edit and after edit to compare
  • Click the white box at the bottom right corner of your photo, near the Details tab

Step 3:

  • You can now see the before and after of your edit
  • You can continue to make editing adjustments while viewing in before and after mode

Step 4:

EVERY photograph you turn in for this class you MUST edit

  • Open the Arrow next to Basic
  • Move the sliders to edit your photos

Step 5:

Extra Editing

  • Click the Arrow on Color Mixer
    • You can change individual colors on your photograph
      • Move the sliders to enhance or diminish colors
