Stationary Person Vs Moving Objects/People

Photo:

• Set your camera to TV and  1/4 to 1  second (you may need to try a couple different shutter speeds
• If possible use a tripod
  • Have 1 person stay completely still
    • Person will hold a blank sign (photoshop in words in part 2)
      • Have other people move around the person

Photoshop Edit

• Turn your photography Black and White
• Change Exposure and Contrast

Photoshop for Sign

Step 1:

• Select the Text Box Tool 
  • Draw a box inside of the blank sign
    • Type in a word, saying, name, quote, etc.
      • This MUST be appropriate.  If it’s not you will get a 0 on the project!

Step 2: 

• Change
  • Font style
  • font size
  • Font color to Black, White or Grey 

Step 3: 

• If you want to change 1 letter or 1 word
  • High light the letter or word
    • Change the font
      • Change the font size

Step 4a: 

• Lower the Opacity of the text between 60-88%

Step 4b: 

• Flatten Image

Step 5: 

• Click on the Brush tool

Step 6: 

• Click on the Brush Style

Step 8: 

• Slowly and Carefully
  • Use the paint brush to make the sign look older
    • Do NOT go overboard with this tool

Step 9: 

• Edit in ACR (camera raw) to finish the photograph
